Delivery Partner role based at the Client offices in west London. The project comprises the management, coordination and delivery of a Development Consent Order (DCO) application for the expansion of Heathrow which is classified as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP).
This three day a week role provides project information management support to a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project under the direction of the Project Management Office Lead. Works with the Delivery team, and contractors to ensure that procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required for the Consent submission.
Work with appropriate stakeholders to implement an information management strategy to include system selection and implementation.
Work with all stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required for the DCO package preparation and submission.
Assure compliance with ISO 9001 and all other applicable UK regulations and standards.
Regularly test the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems and processes, with a view to suggesting and promoting improvements when such opportunities are identified.
Ensure the security of Bechtel and Client intellectual property.
Take the lead in training, integration implementations, assessment and improvements
Provides instruction and support for effective and efficient use of Aconex.
Provides solutions to any unique technical issues with preparation and submission of the Order.
Supports audits for quality assurance, internal technical reviews, and client reviews as required.
Coordinates and participates in functional assessments of projects.
Where applicable, receives and validates invoicing related to RIM or other as applicable
Reviews and comments on project execution plans, and other proposals/project deliverables.
Compiles information, analyse and prepare reports, as required to support performance monitoring and process improvement activities.
Degree in Business; Information Management or a related subject
Demonstrable knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for information management
Must be able to communicate with members from all levels of the organization.
Indepth experience in Civil related document & data management operations
Proven experience with implementing industry leading content management systems
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Skills assessments to determine proficiency level may be administered.
Must have advanced knowledge in the use of ACONEX and be able to provide training to large groups of people.
Previous experience in the area and system turnover.
Previous experience with work packaging.
Skilled in working collaboratively with others in a complex integrated environment.
