Reporting to the Field Project Accounting Supervisor, perform Accounts Payable data entry / coordination activities for the Pennsylvania Chemicals project.

Responsibilities include: Organization and coordination of supplier invoice email receptacle. Entering supplier invoices into the Oracle Payables BAI instance for purchases made as representative for client, auditing supplier invoices, and coordination of necessary approvals. Preparation and submittal of invoices and supporting documentation to document imaging system. Monitoring of invoice approvals and hold report, and escalation of unresolved and/or aged items on a timely basis. Communication with suppliers, Procurement/Contracts departments, and others as necessary to clarify and resolve invoicing issues.

Strong computer skills are required. In addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential.

Previous Accounts Payable experience is preferred, but not necessary if candidate possesses a background in office administration and strong organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship

Accounts Payable of 1 to 2 years experience

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
