Job Summary:

In this role, you will support ethics reviews, risk assessments, and compliance investigations of suspected violations of ethical standards or laws, regulations, or corporate policy. You will develop and present compliance training courses and track reviews and updates to policies and procedures. Your guidance to employees and managers will contribute to an ethically compliant work environment.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supports ethics and compliance investigations of suspected violations of the corporation’s ethical standards, compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policy issues presented for inquiry to a complete resolution

  • Supports compliance and ethics reviews and risk assessments

  • Develops, coordinates, and presents compliance training

  • Develops, tests, and publishes new compliance training courses

  • Coordinates and tracks reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and instructions

  • Responds to inquiries and issues guidance and clarification on ethics and compliance policies to employees and managers

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

  • Current or previous investigative analyst experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to organize and analyze data and information gathered to support investigative findings, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in the company; highly credible and not afraid to express his or her opinions

  • Demonstrated ability in time management and establishing priorities with limited supervision and exercise sound judgement and discretion; able to balance a large and complex case load under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Mastery of investigative methods to provide analytical and technical support for the planning and execution of an investigation

  • Experience with Bechtel Case Management System (BCMS) to create any requested report

  • Flexible team player, willing to accept new challenges and assignments based on needs of the department and the business
