Job Summary:

As a member of the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) Leadership Team, this role provides organizational change methodology, process control and training management for the implementation and sustainment of the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS).

The successful candidate will identify activities needed to fully achieve successful system adoption, including creation and updating of communication strategy/plans, training materials, user guides, etc., in conjunction with corporate resources; manage knowledge management tools and resources such as the DSCS Knowledge Network and BecWiki resources; attend status meetings, workshops and other meetings, as required; conduct ongoing coordination activities with functional partners and stakeholders and coordinate training activities to deliver comprehensive training materials to support our GBU and Project DSCS colleagues.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gain understanding of all aspects of change involved with the implementation of the DSCS through partnership with sponsors, managers, leads and project team members

  • Develop and execute cross-functional system implementation communication strategy and plan

  • Conduct periodic readiness assessments and appropriate interventions

  • Oversee the development and execution of all communications (all media)

  • Work with internal Bechtel Visual Identity to ensure communications adhere to guidelines

  • Conduct cross-functional learning needs assessments and lead the development of associated materials

  • Coordinate with core DSCS team members to produce comprehensive training materials

  • Prepare Train-the-trainer guidelines and materials for delivery to GBU’s

  • Work in a cross-functional team environment to ensure success of all aspects of DSCS

  • Report risks and issues that may impact the success of change to the appropriate level of the organization

  • Consistency in follow up, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Supply Chain Management or similar

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Training programs or Change Management activities

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated preparation and delivery of training programs

  • Expert MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills

  • Must have legal right to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Capable of communicating about technical issues

  • Strong planning, prioritization and organization skills

  • Understanding of Change Management practices and methodologies

  • Strong demonstrated leadership skills

  • Experience with organizing and maintaining documents using SharePoint

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including early mornings, late nights and weekends

  • Experience with knowledge management tools and practices

  • Capable of applying good judgment in a matrixed and complex organizational structure
