SUMMARY

Provides a variety of specialized administrative support within departments and projects through research, complex analysis and coordination. Assignments involve semi-technical subjects. Coordinates administrative activities and uses office automation tools. May direct the activities of others. Coordinates and monitors work flow and quality of work within assigned area.

Essential job Duties:

  • Coordinate, plan, quote business trip for Project personnel

  • Purchases of tickets for Bechtel non-manual people on rotation

  • Ensures that all travel work is under travel policy

  • Keep and maintain a data register for all business and rotation trips

  • Support travel billing and payments

  • Coordinate land transportation and lodging.

  • Support travel field as well

  • Keep and maintain Travel Authorization Requests on Concur system

  • Manages and administers the entire travel and rotation programs

Salary will be based on current market rates and the posted grade will not be adjusted to suit the successful candidate.
